Dr. Drew stopped by to promote the new season of 'Celebrity Rehab' and promised that this season's cast was the best yet. Drew cited Dennis Rodman as the best example:

"He's court-ordered to treatment. He's headed to prison...his level of resistance was so profound I actually ended up getting brain scans of him." Drew said 'The Worm' was hard work: "I had to be satisfied with his level of participation and I was not."

Howard questioned whether it was a good idea for Drew to allow both Tom Sizemore and Heidi Fleiss to live in the 'Celebrity Rehab' house, as they'd previously had a violent/abusive relationship. Drew explained: "If they were family members or presently romantically involved, we never would have considered it." Drew added that when Heidi moved in, she was hooked on both Vicodin and speed: "She gets really sick. She did a full-on detox." Tom Sizemore fared no better: "He's so sick he doesn't get out of bed for two weeks."

ROBIN STILL FIGHTING HER NARCISSISM

Drew told the crew he was headed to 'The Today Show' next, so Robin snapped: "Try not to mention me and my [narcissism test] score." Howard wasn't as bitter – he thanked Drew for bringing Robin's narcissism to light: "I actually think you brought her down a few notches. She's a 32 now." Fred disagreed, speculating that Robin's narcissism score actually might have gone up. Robin bristled: "I still say it was a set-up."

Charlie Murphy stopped by to promote his new book, 'The Making of a Stand-Up Guy,' and told the crew not to take issue with his fur coat: "You guys know I'm wearing mink but I'm only wearing it because it's cold outside." Charlie said the fur-free movement was for white people" "That doesn't apply to black people...I don't justify it. I wear my coat." Charlie laughed: "I'm also supporting Frank Perdu – who kills the chickens that I fry up every Thursday."

Charlie went on to tell Howard that his wife died from cervical cancer just last month, leaving him with two young children: "It's not been easy but it's not been un-doable." Howard wondered how Charlie still went on the road to do stand-up and promote his book, so Charlie explained: "I can still do it but I have to reconfigure my home life. I have a live-in nanny now...if there's a bright side to it, that's the bright side of it – that she's no longer suffering."

GROWING UP WITH EDDIE MURPHY

Howard asked if Charlie had ever fought with his brother, and Charlie said they'd once feuded over trivial family drama and stopped talking for 3 years, blaming the whole thing on "stiff-necked ignorance...that totally had nothing to do with what the argument was." Charlie also said he was more of a ladies’ man than Eddie back in high school: "He was married to comedy back then. I was married to no one...he had a good example of what not to do."

Lisa G reported that JD gave the Sirius receptionist a Christmas card inscribed with the message: "Thank You!!!!!!! For everything. You get the greatest gift of all: my phone number..."

Howard couldn't figure out what JD was thinking, as (in his opinion) the receptionist was "way out of JD's league." JD came in to claim "it was a joke...I knew she had a boyfriend and stuff." Howard wondered why JD always went after super-hot chicks: "You're not gonna give up the dream, are you?" JD shrugged: "I thought it was witty." Howard joked: "Why don't you give her a real present: Jared's phone number." Lisa G laughed: "[She] said she was ready to re-gift."

Howard started off the show playing a clip from yesterday's Wrap-Up Show in which Tracey exploded on Benjy about his holiday party date’s performance at the Stern Show holiday party. Benjy started calling Tracey a bulldog, so she snapped: "If you wanna f’ing call me a bulldog, come to my office and we'll bring it up. Don't be an f’ing pussy! Don't be an f’ing baby! And don't make it worse than we're already making it."

Later in the clip, Benjy wondered if Tracey was asking him to "step outside," and Tracey lit him up: "Benjy, if you stepped outside with me, I swear to God I would f’ing cut your f’ing dick off. Don't think for a second I wouldn't do it." Gary came in to say that Benjy came to him after the showdown – but when he relayed Benjy's apology, Tracey was unmoved: "She said, 'Really? I can't believe for one f’ing millimeter of one f’ing second that I might have felt bad for him.'"

WILL TRACEY GET HER OWN SHOW?
Toward the end of the show, Tracey came in to question Howard's request that she host her own show: "What am I gonna do?" Howard laughed that she should just get pissed: "It's great when you're angry." Tracey balked: "Well you know, I don't really like to get that angry...If there was something for me to do, fine. But to just go sit in studio 21?"

Tracey said her problem was format – not content: "I've got a lot of opinions. Don't worry about that." Howard hoped the show would come together: "I've never seen anyone rise with such popularity...I mean, think about it." Tracey finally relented: "If you guys come up with something that I could do, I would do it." Howard then noted Tracey's recent "glow" and asked if she was in love – Tracey gave a very Tracey response: "Yeah. New subject or I'm leaving."

BENJY DEFLECTS

Benjy tried to deflect attention, saying Ronnie the Limo Driver was even more sexually aggressive with his date: "He was laying on top of her."

Ronnie came in shouting: "What is he dragging me into this for?...Your shtick is so f’ing burnt out already...I wasn't laying on top of her!" Howard thought Benjy should own his "roll" and tell people something like: "Yeah, I was fingering my girlfriend. I should’a had my thumb up her ass."

Howard revealed that his hand has been forced by a story about Artie's suicide attempt in Page Six ("I was actually hoping it wouldn't come out.") and had to offer his comment: "I don't know what to think. I'm angry about it. I'm sad about it. I'm all over the place emotionally." Howard directed most of his anger at the worm who leaked the details of Artie's condition: "I'm pissed off at the shithead who got paid by – who? Page Six."

Howard hoped the story would go away and allow Artie to heal privately: "This is a family matter. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to say...just remember who Artie is and what a wonderful guy he is...he's wrestling with some serious stuff...I only wish him well." Howard tried reading the Page Six item, but stopped after just eight words: "I just feel sick about this. I don't even wanna read it."

THE STERN SHOW SENDS LOVE TO THE LANGE FAMILY
Howard repeated: "I don't want this to sound like a eulogy. Artie's alive, by the way. It was a suicide attempt." Howard added that he was unsure of Artie's future with the show ("I haven't spoken with Artie. Robin has. Tim has...I'm just freaked out. I don't know what to do. I figure if Artie wants to talk to me he'll call me.") and offered one final comment: "My thoughts go to his mother and his sister who I'm sure are in great pain."
